Overview
Gorma is a tropical planet characterized by its abundant low-height vegetation, vast green plains, and large regions dedicated to agriculture.
Its surface is primarily covered by tropical grasslands, natural fields, small woodlands, and dense clusters of trees that rarely exceed four meters in height. The flora displays a wide variety of green hues, from light, yellowish greens to deep, dark tones. Mountainous regions contrast sharply with the landscape, presenting arid, brown-toned surfaces nearly devoid of vegetation.
Its lowlands possess fertile soil, abundant water sources, and ideal climatic conditions for agricultural development. Historically significant as the first Briontorian colony, it served as the cradle for their interstellar expansion. Today, it maintains a robust economy built on food production, livestock, and sustainable biological resource extraction. Modern cities are distributed across plains and agricultural regions, connected by extensive land and river transport networks. Gorma retains a predominantly natural landscape where low-lying vegetation and cropland form the essence of its identity.
Planetary View
From space, Gorma displays a predominantly green surface with variations between light yellowish-greens (RGB 138, 177, 87) and intense dark greens (RGB 72, 96, 24).
Continents feature irregular patterns of low vegetation and large agricultural plains. Arid mountain regions stand out in dark brown tones (#4F3C19). Oceans are vibrant turquoise and blue, complemented by a complex web of river networks. Thick white cloud formations drift through the tropical atmosphere without fully obscuring the fertile terrain below.
Surface View
The landscape is defined by vast tropical prairies and abundant vegetation rarely exceeding four meters in height. Rounded-top trees, shrubs, and broad-leafed plants form natural clusters of varying density.
Agricultural regions consist of massive, horizon-stretching parcels. In stark contrast, mountains appear as barren, rocky, brown slopes. The sky is typically clear and blue, though frequent tropical rains refresh the landscape.
Settlements integrate seamlessly into the meadows and fields, creating a horizon where nature and agriculture coexist.
Fauna and Flora
